Overview
All Forefather Threads gear is made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means every item is crafted specifically for you when you order—no mass production, no warehouse waste. Quality takes time, but it's worth it.

Production Timeline
Standard Production: 3-5 business days
What Happens:

Day 0: Order placed and payment processed.
Day 0-1: Order sent to production facility.
Day 1-5: Your gear is printed, inspected, and packaged.
Day 5: Order ships with tracking number.

Production Time Factors:

Business days only (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
Weekend and holiday orders begin production the next business day.
High-volume periods (launches, sales) may add 1-2 business days.


Shipping Timeline
Domestic U.S. Shipping Only

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production.
Total Time (Order to Delivery): 6-12 business days.

Shipping Methods:

USPS First Class (smaller orders).
USPS Priority Mail (larger orders).
UPS Ground (select orders).

Expedited Shipping:

Currently not available due to our made-to-order process.
Production time cannot be rushed.

International Shipping:

Status: Not currently available.
Future Plans: We're working on international shipping options. If you're outside the U.S. and want to join The Remnant, email us—we'll notify you when international shipping launches.


Shipping Costs
Domestic U.S. Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Items in your order.
Shipping destination.
Package weight and size.

Typical Rates:

First item: Starting at roughly $4.75.
Additional items: Discounted rates applied automatically.
Exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping Promotions:

Promotional codes.
Launch specials and limited drops.
Seasonal sales.
Sign up for our email list to receive free shipping offers when available.


Shipping Destinations
We Ship To:

All 50 U.S. States.
Washington D.C.
P.O. Boxes (USPS delivery only—not available for UPS shipments).
U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses.

We Do Not Ship To:

International addresses (yet).
U.S. Territories (working on this).

We Support Our Armed Forces (APO/FPO):

Standard shipping rates apply.
May take additional time for military routing (up to 21 days).
How to Order: Enter APO/FPO address at checkout, select "Armed Forces" as the state, and include unit/box number.


Order Processing
1. Order Confirmation:

You'll receive email confirmation immediately after ordering.
Check spam folder if you don't see it.
Confirmation does not mean the order has shipped.

2. Production Updates:

No updates during production (3-5 days).
You'll be notified via email the moment your order ships.

3. Shipping Confirmation:

Email includes your tracking number.
Track package through the carrier website.


Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information:

May take 24-48 hours to activate after the shipping notification.
Updates as package moves through carrier network.

Track Your Package:

Click the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Contact us if tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days: support@forefatherthreads.com.


Delivery
Standard Delivery:

Left at your door/mailbox (unless signature required).
Carrier may leave a notice if delivery is attempted but you're not home.
Safe delivery location is recommended.

Delivery Issues:

Package marked "Delivered" but missing: See "Lost or Stolen Packages" below.
Package damaged: See "Damaged Packages" below.
Wrong address: See "Address Issues" below.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Package Marked "Delivered" But Missing:
First Steps:

Check all possible delivery locations (porch, mailbox, side door, neighbor).
Check with household members.
Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered before actual delivery).
Contact carrier (USPS/UPS) to file a claim.

Our Policy:

We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
Carrier tracking is proof of delivery.
Once shipped, the package is the carrier's responsibility.
Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Packages
Received Damaged Package:
Immediately:

Take photos of damaged packaging.
Inspect items inside.
Take photos of any damaged items.

If Items Are Damaged:

Email support@forefatherthreads.com within 48 hours.
Include photos and order number.
We'll send a free replacement immediately.
No need to return the damaged item.


Address Issues
Wrong Address Provided by Customer:
Before Shipping:

Email support@forefatherthreads.com within 2 hours of ordering.
If production hasn't started, we can update the address.

After Shipping:

We cannot change the address once the package is with the carrier.
If the package returns to us, we can reship for an additional shipping fee.
No refund if the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided.

Undeliverable Address:

If the carrier returns the package to us (vacant address, incorrect zip, etc.), we will email you.
We can reship to a corrected address for an additional shipping fee.


Multiple Items - Multiple Shipments
Separate Shipments:

Orders with multiple items may ship separately (e.g., a mug and a shirt).
You'll receive separate tracking numbers.
No Additional Cost: You pay one shipping fee at checkout regardless of how many shipments arrive.


Holidays & Peak Periods
Holiday Shipping:
Major U.S. holidays may delay production and shipping. Expect 2-3 additional business days during:

Thanksgiving week.
Christmas/New Year (Dec 20 - Jan 2).
Independence Day week.

Order Early Deadlines:

Christmas: Place orders by Dec 10 for guaranteed delivery.
July 4th: Place orders by June 20 for guaranteed delivery.
